5 Items I'm Buying To Update My Deck

Last week, we talked about getting your front door ready for Spring. Today, we are going to talk about getting your deck ready. And all with a few clicks of your mouse (click each photo to shop the item)!

This weekend, Target is having a sale on patio and deck goodies. You can save on furniture, accessories, and decor. This is not an ad, I just love how easy this makes getting your deck ready at a great price. I don't know about you, but I am ready to enjoy some nights on my deck now that the winter is finally over!

Here are the 5 things I will be ordering from Target this weekend:

I love throwing outdoor blankets over my deck chairs. It makes your deck colorful and creates a cozy place to sit. Plus, an outdoor blanket takes the chill off on colder evenings. And this blanket in coral is super cute.

Along with a blanket, you need outdoor pillows. Each year, I grab a few new ones. (And while you are at it, throw out any deck pillows that are dirty and need to be replaced). This palm leaf pattern is fun. I would pair patterned pillows - like this one - with solid pillows. Have a mixture of both.

I love the ambiance a candle creates. I will be grabbing this simple, but striking candle holder this weekend. It will make the deck cozy, plus, you can put a citronella candle in to keep bugs away.

Along with candles, I love to have lights lining my deck. How fun are these? They really feel like Spring to me. I can't wait to see the glow the pastel colors give off.

No deck is complete without some flowers. This white planter will really show off beautiful plantings. Can't you just see some bright flowers blooming out of it? I selected the 22" planter.
